Whether you’re interested in crisis communication training, immersive simulations, media media support, or just want to build a network–you’re in the right place.
Here are a couple things to get us started.
I’ve built 15 years of experience in crisis communications training. I’ve broken down that expertise into dynamic training modules and I want to share that with your organization.
In the last several years, I have designed, executed, and supported crisis exercises from elite organizations like FEMA, DoD, Fortune 100 companies, the NFL, and many others. Bringing an exercise to life is the absolute best way to prepare for the real deal.
I produce things like video and radio news injects, newspaper articles, social feeds, and more. I also am ready to roleplay mock media to put your team in the hot seat.
Hello, I’m Josh.
My crisis communications journey began in the US Army, where I developed strategic communications policy for USNORTHCOM/NORAD.
Post-military, I’ve honed my expertise training diverse, high-profile organizations including the Department of Defense, FEMA, international governments, big tech companies, and professional sports leagues.
My experience spans from local governments to Fortune 100 enterprises, equipping me with versatile skills to address your organization’s unique needs.
I’m also a human.
My wife Tina and I are raising three fantastic young men in the Kansas City metro. Between watching, playing, and driving to watch or play, soccer makes up about 98.3% of our lives.
I am nearly finished with my PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology; focusing my research on the psychology of immersive training in organizational resilience and crisis preparedness.
I look forward to meeting you and would love to chat. Maybe we could work together, or maybe we could strike a friendship. Please do reach out!
